What if I'm unhappy with my trainer? |

Occasionally situations will arise where a student is unhappy with the training they are getting from their trainer. While this is rare it is sometimes unavoidable.
In order to avoid this happening the following facilities are in place:
- Before any financial transactions occur the student will have a chance to talk to their trainer about anything they desire - this helps ensure that the student believes they have something to gain from that particular trainer and also to avoid personality clashes etc.
- Some trainers will even offer trial sessions (10-15 minute coaching sessions for free) to further avoid the possibility of a failed match. This varies from trainer to trainer however so please inquire for further details.
- We offer testimonials from past students who have been satisfied with the services from their trainer - their contact information is also provided so that you can ask them any questions you may have.
- Last but certainly not least is that we don't allow 'just anyone' to be a trainer on our site. Each trainer has been carefully approved and has had to provide results and evidence that show not only their ability to play good poker, but also to impart their knowledge onto others.
We at MyPokerTrainer will do everything we can to ensure smooth relationships between all trainers and students and if you feel the need to complain (or praise!) any trainer then please feel free to contact us.
While MyPokerTrainer helps facilitate the connections of students and trainers, all of our trainers are independently contracted and thus we regret to inform that we cannot offer refunds after a session has occurred. While this is the case, we have yet to hear from an unhappy customer and every student that has taken our services has always come away from the coaching session pleased and as a better player. |
