The most common way for a student to receive coaching is in a one-on-one format whereby the trainer will run through a syllabus with the student and constantly provide a level of support to improve their game. Specific training usually includes discussion over a voice-chat program such as Skype and may include the trainer watching the student play in real time, a strategic discussion on specific hands picked out by either the trainer or student, a video created by the student which the coach will watch and comment on, as well as anything else the student may request. We are very flexible in what each session could entail and also make certain that our trainers are available to the students outside of coaching blocks in the case of an occasional question here and there or discussion on a hand that they may have played.
Additionally, we have a forum where players are free to post their questions and hand histories which the community will be glad to answer. |
